Mango, Kiwi, & Avocado Smoothie
Sometimes the best way to get your start in the morning is with a smoothie made from fruits and veggies. This guy in particular is a great way to get your greens!
Mango, Kiwi, & Avocado Smoothie
Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup hemp milk
- 1 tsp. hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 kiwis
Directions:
Blend until smooth, adding more hemp milk, water, or ice if needed. Enjoy!
